What we collect

When you order or contact us, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and the photos and details you share for personalisation.

How we use it

We use your information only to make and deliver your order, talk to you about it, and — if you subscribe — send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Your photos

Photos you send are used only to create your frame. [Confirm: how long you keep them, and whether you ask permission before sharing finished work on social media.]

Sharing

We share details only with the services needed to run the shop — such as payment providers and courier partners. We never sell your data.
